Japanese Chicken Wings
Ingredients Putting it together

3 lbs	chicken wings
1	beaten egg
1 c	flour
1/2 c	butter
	Sauce
3 tbs	soya sauce
1 tsp	salt
3 tbs	water
1 c	sugar
1/2 c	vinegar
Dip wings in beaten egg then in flour. Fry till brown and crisp. Put in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over. Spoon sauce over during cooking time.

Bake 350o for 30 min
