• Full breakfast each morning of your stay
  • All our strawberry jams, apple and grape jellies and baking are all home made here using some of my favourite recipes.
  • From our garden, when in season, fresh rhubarb (muffins), strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or tomatoes complement your breakfast.
  • Farm fresh eggs make up your breakfast.
• Guest rooms
  • TV and VCR for your movie viewing from our large collection of videos including Green Acres, Petticoat Junction and Beverly Hillbillies as well as all Anne of Green Gables and sequels.
  • Guest-shared bathroom and guest rooms on the second floor.
  • Bathroom amenities, (towels, bathmat, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand cream).
  • Complimentary evening Tea or Coffee & Tidbits

• Cancellations, early departures and no shows are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • A service charge of $30 will apply when I am able to rebook the room(s) nights.
  • If I am not able to rebook the cancelled room(s) nights, the cancellation amount will be a one night's fee.
• Check-in time to be confirmed at time of booking.
• Check-out on day of departure by 10:00 a.m.
• Cash, Travellers Cheques, accepted
• Provincial Sales Tax of 10% (PST) additional

For example:

• You book a reservation for 3 nights, and you stay for 2 nights: I am not able to rebook the 3rd night, and you are charged for it.
• I take your reservation for 3 nights, and you stay for 2 nights: I rebook the 3rd night and you are charged a $30 service fee.
